This retractor is a work of art. The quality really shows throughout this piece. First of all, the top beam of the spreader mechanism is serrated. This means when the bills are spread there is absolutely no possibility of slippage. The action is smooth and positive. Even the way the release lever is sculpted shows quality. The other remarkable thing about the construction is the left and right bills are interchangeable. These slide on and off the spreader bars and click into place with a simple quarter turn. Just the machining on these piece is amazing. A close look at the welds on this piece reveals the incredible level of craftsmanship in it.
